Returns for Faulty Items

• embi ooc offers a 7-day return window for defective or faulty items.
• Items that have been opened or used without faults are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, instructions, and accessories. Incomplete returns may not qualify for a refund.

Return Process

• Before returning an item, email us at embiooc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for the return, and we will provide you with return postage details if your return is approved.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
• We will notify you by email once we receive and process your return.
